How it works

1

Enter your trip

Pickup, destination, and now or a time later. Save home and work for next time.

2

Pick an offer

One offer per available driver, with their rating, car and full price including RydPal's booking fee. No surprises.

3

Ride and pay

Pay by card in the app, with ride credit, or in cash where allowed. Tip afterwards if you like; tips go to the driver in full.

For riders

Book from your browser at app.rydpal.com or in the RydPal app. The price you see is the price you pay, unless the trip changes. Rate your driver, save favourites, and earn ride credit by inviting friends.

For drivers

RydPal is for licensed carriers: holders of a California TCP permit, or licensed limousine operators in New Jersey. Set your own rates, keep the whole fare and every tip, and drive when you want with the RydPal Driver app. Enter your permit details, upload your documents, and start once they are verified.
